With the Four Seasons Flat Series, you can expand your outdoor area, providing protection from both sun and rain. The retractable roof system with its clean lines and modern design is tailor made specifically to fit your project and is able to withstand wind forces up to 74 km/h.
In order to drain the rainwater on this flat structure, a Trapezium System or a Wavy Ceiling Cover should be selected. If only used for shading, the ceiling cover can also be completely stretched.
The sides can be enclosed with various folding, sliding or fixed glass panels, thus functioning as a retractable winter garden. However, the best solution when closing the sides with glass is Four Seasons Tilted Series.
The Four Seasons Flat Series moves by a motor with RTS System. The standard ceiling cover FS FLEXY, which is a three-layered PVC fabric with a UV-light filtering blackout-effect, is easy to clean and available in white, ivory and grey. An insulated ceiling cover with energy saving features is also an option. (IZO-PRO)

Four Seasons Double Flat

Four Seasons Flat is a movable ceiling system, which moves on rails, and can be adapted to aluminium, wood or steel structures.
In order to drain the rainwater on this flat structure, a Trapezium System (FS6) or a Wavy Ceiling Cover (FS13) should be selected. The product can be installed to a relative wall, or as a self-supported free standing structure.
The product is usable in all weather conditions and is designed to be used throughout all four seasons of the year. When inclined, it is designed to withstand up to wind force 8 on the Beaufort scale, which is 74 km/h.
With a drainage and Waterblock System, the rainwater is perfectly drained leaving the interior dry and comfortable. An integrated water drainage system for a cleaner design as well as perfect rainwater guiding, is availiable with the aluminium structure. Rail profiles used are made of aluminium. The fittings are electro galvanized and INOX metals. Tension is created by a special timing belt system.
Width:
The maximum width of one product is 10,5 meters. However, by placing products next to each other, the width of the project itself is limitless.
Projection:
The projection of the product varies according to the type of structure. The maximum projection for the Flat series is 8 meters. |

Aluminium
Aluminium is a silvery-white, metallic element, which is well known for its hardness with light structure and its remarkable ability to resist corrosion. Our aluminium structures are powder coated with electrostatic paint during the production. Electrostatic powder coating ensures complete coverage even in complex shapes, is UV-resistant, environmentally friendly and enables us to offer the highest possible quality finish with an extremely durable effect.
Our aluminium series comes with an integrated water drainage system for a cleaner design as well as perfect rainwater guidance, and is available in various colour options. Wood
Our wooden structures are produced from 1st class laminated timber using a special polyurethane chemical adhesive. The wood used in production is painted with a latex based paint, and undergoes a water-based impregnation process. In lamination, we use 22 mm-thick wooden layers. Through a drying process, the moisture inside the wood is reduced until 8-12 %. The structure is strengthened with the processes performed, and wood problems such as deflection or cracking are prevented. In addition, our wooden structures available in different colours are under a guarantee against decay for 15 years. Galvanized Metal
Our Galvanized Metal applications are used where strength is necessary to bear heavy loads, and where the number of front pillars is reduced in order to create maximum outdoor space. All metal parts coated with electrostatic powder paint, are electro-galvanized in order to prevent corrosion of the structure and to provide a perfect surface. The processing of the metal is a two-stage process, the first of which involves coating the metal with a zinc layer, and subjecting it to electro-galvanization. The second stage involves coating and painting the whole part with electrostatic powder paint.

FS1 Waterblock System
This system prevents the rainwater entering the closed area, by leading it into a gutter for perfect water drainage. The Waterblock system is welded on to the ceiling cover on both sides, and is also a cable carrier for the cables to the spotlights. NB! If the product is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Waterblock System is an absolute necessity. FS2 Anti-Air System
This system prevents the wind from entering between the ceiling cover, rails and gutter, thereby stopping the wind entering into the closed area. Elastic material fastened on the rails and gutter, tightens the ceiling cover as the wind force increases. When the ceiling cover is fully stretched, this elastic material closes all the gaps where the wind can enter, ensuring a calm and sheltered environment. NB! If the product is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Anti-Air System is an absolute necessity and always in addition to the Waterblock System (FS1). FS3 Gutter & Downpipe
The Gutter & Down Pipe, made of aluminium, is installed on the construction. Its purpose is to guide and control the flow of the rainwater.
The Integrated water drainage system is standard in all aluminium series of the Four Seasons product. The Down Pipe is integrated in the front pillars and is hidden within the construction. This system presents an ultimate clean design due to the fact that the visible down pipes are avoided.
NB! If the product is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Gutter & Down Pipe is an absolute necessity. FS6 Trapezium System
This is an optional ceiling cover system available for flat versions, and is a system made to drain the water towards the sides. The ceiling cover is tightened on one side while the other side is loosened. By this the water flows on the ceiling cover between the Fabric Support Profiles and into the gutter. This application is used when the tilted ceiling cover system cannot be applied. This system is designed to withstand wind forces up to 8 on Beaufort scale, which is 74 km/h.
For winter garden applications, due to insulation needs, the tilted ceiling cover system is preferable. FS7 Beam Cover
The Beam Cover, which prevents penetration of rainwater (also wind and snow) between the supporting beams and rails, is also used for a perfect combination of two separate products. The Beam Cover is made of aluminium and coated with electrostatic paint and is always used in addition to the Waterblock System (FS1) and Anti-air System (FS2). FS8 Moving Spot Light Kit
The Spot Light System, which can be designed according to the customer`s needs and type of interior, creates an elegant and stylish atmosphere where it is installed. The system comes with a special cable carrying system, where all the cables are integrated in the fabric. The spotlights are controlled by remote control and available with a dimmer function. One Spot Light Kit consists of 4 spotlights. FS11 Decorative Ceiling
This option can be added as a second layer of fabric with a wavy pattern, for decoration of the ceiling according to the customers need and taste. FS12 IZO-PRO Insulated Ceiling Cover
Designed to create a cool atmosphere in hot seasons and an interior easy to heat in cold seasons, IZO-PRO is an insulated ceiling cover developed by nanotechnology in Germany. IZO-PRO is a patented product of PALMIYE. FS13 Wavy Ceiling Cover
This is an optional ceiling cover system available for flat versions, and is a system made to drain the water towards the sides. The ceiling cover is loosened on both sides, enabling the water to drain. This application is being used when the tilted ceiling cover system cannot be applied. This system is designed to withstand wind forces up to 8 on Beaufort scale, which makes 74 km/h.

Vertical Blinds
Storexy is a shade product with a full cassette system. The product is designed for outdoors with fabric moving vertically, and can be installed in the front or at the sides of your Four Seasons. The product interposes the suns rays before they reach the windowpanes, thus preserving a cool and shady interior. A special transparent fabric is also available, providing shade without interrupting the view. |

Drop Arm Awning
Pente is a drop arm awning which has a lightweight structure, an elegant style and a full cassette system. Pente can be installed in front or at the sides of your Four Seasons in order to block horizontal sun rays.
Pente has a 180-degree movement capability, which allows you to adjust the awning according to the sun’s direction without interrupting the view. |
FABRIC

FS FLEXY
FS FLEXY fabric, which is used as a ceiling cover in the Four Seasons products, is PVC based and has the weight of 780 g/m2. The fabric tensile strength is 255 daN/5cm. Its three layers give the fabric various features.
The fabric is produced in Italy exclusively for Palmiye and holds a guarantee of 5 years against fading and mold formation. With its blackout feature, it filters the UV-light and thereby keeps the interior cool and refreshing. Besides its waterproof features, this fabric is also flame retardant (CL2 - UNI EN 13773). The fabric is easy-to-clean and is available in white, ivory and grey, with a special three-dimensional pattern, giving an extra sense of space. |

IZO-PRO® - Developed by Nanotechnology
Introduced by Palmiye and protected under a patent, IZO-PRO is a special and unique insulation cover, produced in Italy. Developed by nanotechnology in Germany, this product, owing to its insulating functions, offers a cool atmosphere in hot seasons and a setting which is easy to heat in cold seasons.
It weighs 1320 g/m2 and consists of three layers which include a PVC upper layer, an insulated middle layer and a bottom polyester layer. Harmonious with the existing interior space and forming a stylish atmosphere, the bottom polyester layer is available in various colors. It may be considered soundproof as it reduces the ambient sound level and diminishes direct propagation of the sound. Ultrathin SiO2 coating adds water- and oil repellent features to the surface. Developed by German nanotechnology and offering a 5-years guarantee, IZO-PRO is part of our investment in energy savings and green technologies. |
MOTOR & AUTOMATION

In our motor and automation system, using the world’s leading Somfy brand, a tension mechanism is used, which is especially produced for the Four Seasons products.
Offering a 5-year guarantee and produced in France, Somfy motors are operated by remote control using secure radio technology. Due to its long-range built-in antenna, the motor can even be operated through several reinforced concrete walls.
