Green nanotechnology
“Nanotechnology involves the manipulation of materials at the scale of the nanometer, one billionth of a meter. Some scientists believe that mastery of this subject is forthcoming that will transform the way that everything in the world is manufactured. "Green nanotechnology" is the application of green chemistry and green engineering principles to this field” (www.green-technology.org).
Palmiye has in the last years invested in and applied green nanotechnology in their production and products. This technology, which is a part of Palmiye ‘s green technology program, has given great results in terms of longer lasting products and eliminated the need for strong chemicals in cleaning and maintenance of various surfaces.
