Die Four-Seasons-Modellreihe „Basic“ ist ein einziehbares Markisen-Dachsystem und kann sich an viele bestehende Konstruktionskonzepte anpassen. Abgesehen von seiner eleganten Oberfläche und der klaren Linienführung bietet es Schutz vor Sonne, Regen und Schnee.
Um den Ablauf des Regenwassers bei flacher Installation zu gewährleisten, sollte ein Trapezsystem oder eine gewellte Baldachindecke gewählt werden. Wenn sie ausschließlich zum Zwecke des Sonnenschutzes verwendet wird, kann die Baldachindecke komplett ausgezogen werden. Bei geneigter Installation kann es Windgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 117 km/h standhalten, während es als flach gehaltene Konstruktion Windgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 74 km/h standhält.
Die Four-Seasons-Modellreihe „Basic“ wird durch einen Motor mit RTS-Technologie gesteuert. Die standardmäßige Baldachindecke „FS FLEXY“ – ein dreifach geschichtetes PVC-Material mit einem das UV-Licht filternden Verdunkelungseffekt – ist pflegeleicht und in den Farben Weiß, Elfenbeinweiß und Grau erhältlich. Eine isolierte, energieeffiziente Baldachindecke (IZO-PRO) steht ebenfalls als Option zur Verfügung.

PRODUKT EINZELHEITEN

Four Seasons Basic is a movable ceiling system, which moves on rails, and can be adapted to an existing structure.
According to how the product will be utilized, the type of ceiling cover is chosen. The product is usable in all weather conditions and is designed to be used throughout all four seasons of the year.
With a tilted shape, it is designed to withstand up to wind force 11 on the Beaufort scale, which is 117 km/h.
With the flat shape, it is designed to withstand up to wind force 8 on the Beaufort scale, which is 74 km/h.
In order to drain the rainwater on flat structure, a Trapezium System (FS6) or a Wavy Ceiling Cover (FS13) should be selected.
With a drainage and Waterblock System, the rainwater is perfectly drained leaving the interior dry and comfortable. Rail profiles used are made of aluminium. The fittings are electro galvanized and INOX metals. Tension is created by a special timing belt system.
Width:
The maximum width of one product varies according to the type of ceiling cover. The maximum width of a Light series is 13 meters. However, by placing products next to each other, the width of the project itself is limitless.
Projection:
The maximum projection for the Light series is 8 meters. |

FS1 Waterblock System
This system prevents the rainwater entering the closed area, by leading it into a gutter for perfect water drainage. The Waterblock system is welded on to the ceiling cover on both sides, and is also a cable carrier for the cables to the spotlights. NB! If the product is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Waterblock System is an absolute necessity. FS2 Anti-Air System
This system prevents the wind from entering between the ceiling cover, rails and gutter, thereby stopping the wind entering into the closed area. Elastic material fastened on the rails and gutter, tightens the ceiling cover as the wind force increases. When the ceiling cover is fully stretched, this elastic material closes all the gaps where the wind can enter, ensuring a calm and sheltered environment. NB! If the product is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Anti-Air System is an absolute necessity and always in addition to the Waterblock System (FS1). FS3 Gutter & Downpipe
The Gutter & Down Pipe, made of aluminium, is installed on the construction. Its purpose is to guide and control the flow of the rainwater.
The Integrated water drainage system is standard in all aluminium series of the Four Seasons product. The Down Pipe is integrated in the front pillars and is hidden within the construction. This system presents an ultimate clean design due to the fact that the visible down pipes are avoided.
NB! If the product is planned to be used as a winter garden or similar by closing the sides, the Gutter & Down Pipe is an absolute necessity. FS6 Trapezium System
This is an optional ceiling cover system available for flat versions, and is a system made to drain the water towards the sides. The ceiling cover is tightened on one side while the other side is loosened. By this the water flows on the ceiling cover between the Fabric Support Profiles and into the gutter. This application is used when the tilted ceiling cover system cannot be applied. This system is designed to withstand wind forces up to 8 on Beaufort scale, which is 74 km/h.
For winter garden applications, due to insulation needs, the tilted ceiling cover system is preferable. FS8 Moving Spot Light Kit
The Spot Light System, which can be designed according to the customer`s needs and type of interior, creates an elegant and stylish atmosphere where it is installed. The system comes with a special cable carrying system, where all the cables are integrated in the fabric. The spotlights are controlled by remote control and available with a dimmer function. One Spot Light Kit consists of 4 spotlights. FS11 Decorative Ceiling
This option can be added as a second layer of fabric with a wavy pattern, for decoration of the ceiling according to the customers need and taste. FS12 IZO-PRO Insulated Ceiling Cover
Designed to create a cool atmosphere in hot seasons and an interior easy to heat in cold seasons, IZO-PRO is an insulated ceiling cover developed by nanotechnology in Germany. IZO-PRO is a patented product of PALMIYE. FS13 Wavy Ceiling Cover
This is an optional ceiling cover system available for flat versions, and is a system made to drain the water towards the sides. The ceiling cover is loosened on both sides, enabling the water to drain. This application is being used when the tilted ceiling cover system cannot be applied. This system is designed to withstand wind forces up to 8 on Beaufort scale, which makes 74 km/h.

FS FLEXY
Der FS-FLEXY-Stoff wird als Bespannungsmaterial bei den Four Seasons-Produkten verwendet. Er besitzt eine PVC-Basis und weist ein Gewicht von 780 g/m2 auf; die Reißfestigkeit beträgt 255 daN/5cm. Dank seiner dreifachen Ausführung ist der Stoff mit unterschiedlichen Merkmalen ausgestattet.
Auf diesen exklusiv für Palmiye in Italien hergestellten Stoff besteht eine Garantie von 5 Jahren gegen Abnutzung und Schimmelbildung. Dank seiner Verdunkelungseigenschaft wird das UV Licht abgefangen, womit die Innenräume kühl und frisch bleiben. Neben seiner Wasserfestigkeit ist der Stoff auch flammenwidrig (CL2 - UNI EN 13773); er ist leicht zu säubern und in den Farben Weiß, Elfenbeinweiß und Grau mit einem speziellen dreidimensionalen Muster erhältlich, wodurch der Eindruck von zusätzlichem Raum entsteht. |

IZO-PRO® - Entwickelt mithilfe von Nanotechnologie
Die von Palmiye eingeführte, spezielle, einzigartige und patentierte Isolationsbeschichtung IZO-PRO wird in Italien hergestellt; entwickelt wurde sie unter Verwendung der Nanotechnologie in Deutschland. Durch dieses Produkt entsteht dank seiner Isolierungsfunktionen ein Raumklima, welches bei heißen Außentemperaturen kühl bleibt und in der kalten Jahreszeit leicht erwärmt werden kann.
Das Produktgewicht beträgt 1320 g/m2; es besteht aus drei Lagen, von denen die oberste aus PVC besteht; die mittlere Lage hat eine Isolationsbeschichtung und die untere Lage besteht aus Polyester. Die untere Polyesterschicht ist in unterschiedlichen Farben erhältlich, harmonisiert hervorragend mit bereits bestehendem Interieur und schafft eine stilvolle Atmosphäre. Schalldämmende Eigenschaften können ihm insofern zugeschrieben werden, als es Umgebungsgeräusche reduziert und die direkte Übertragung von Schallwellen mindert. Durch die ultradünne SiO2-Beschichtung wird die Oberfläche mit wasser- und ölabweisenden Eigenschaften ausgestattet. Auf dieses nanotechnologische Produkt, welches in Deutschland entwickelt wurde, besteht eine Garantie von 5 Jahren. ANTRIEB & AUTOMATISIERUNG

Bei unserem Antriebs- und Automatisierungssystemen bedienen wir uns der Produkte des globalen Marktführers Somfy; dabei wird ein Spannmechanismus verwendet, der speziell für die Produkte unserer Four-Seasons-Reihe hergestellt wird.
Die von Somfy in Frankreich hergestellten Systeme haben eine Garantie von 5 Jahren und werden über Fernbedienung durch sichere Funktechnologien gesteuert. Dank der eingebauten Antenne mit großer Reichweite kann das Antriebssystem sogar durch mehrere Stahlbetonwände hindurch gesteuert werden.
